It was previously reported that AEW Star “Absolute” Ricky Starks will be issuing a challenge to pro wrestling legend Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat tonight on Collision for a Strap Match at this Sunday’s AEW All Out PPV Event
According to PWInsider.com, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat will indeed be appearing on Collision later tonight, but the belief is he will not be competing at this weekend’s All Out PPV Event, though he will be used in an angle to set up a top match for Ricky Starks at All Out.
