In the main event of WWE RAW this week, Sami Zayn retained the Intercontinental title against Chad Gable in front of his home country fans in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
After the match, Zayn helped Gable to his feet, and Gable raised Zayn’s hand. Zayn went to ringside to celebrate with his family, but Gable attacked him from behind. As RAW went off-air, Gable threw Zayn into the ring post and applied an ankle lock.
