WWE has released additional footage showing what happened to Jacob Fatu after Monday night’s episode of Raw went off the air.
The closing moments of the show saw Fatu struck by a vehicle driven by NXT star Jaida Parker, bringing Raw to a dramatic conclusion.
WWE subsequently released footage of the aftermath, showing Fatu being attended to by medical personnel before he was placed on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance.
Jimmy and Jey Uso quickly arrived at the scene and climbed into the ambulance to accompany their cousin. As they got inside, one of The Usos could be heard reassuring Fatu. “Right here, Uce. Right here, cuz.”
The ambulance then pulled away from the arena with Fatu and The Usos inside as the storyline continued beyond the end of the television broadcast.
Parker had made a surprise appearance earlier in the night when The Usos and Fatu encountered her after rushing backstage to investigate a vehicle arriving at the arena. She told Jey that she was there to speak with Raw General Manager Adam Pearce before walking away.
Her involvement took a shocking turn later in the show when she was revealed as the driver of the vehicle that struck Fatu.
