PWMania.com has previously reported that several WWE backstage personnel have updated their LinkedIn profiles to share their new roles within the TKO-owned company.
Recently, more WWE employees also took to LinkedIn to announce their positions. Notably, Andrea Concepcion has announced her promotion to senior writer and producer at WWE NXT.
Concepcion wrote, “I’m happy to share that I have been promoted to Senior Writer & Producer at WWE! I came in as an assistant at 22 years old, became a Writer a year and a half later, and to be in this position at 25 is a blessing, and I’ll never not be grateful. Every day I do this is a dream come true!”
Meanwhile, Brendon Carroll and Colby Applegate revealed that they have been promoted to the WWE NXT writers’ role.
Carroll wrote on LinkedIn, “Blessed to share that I’ve been promoted to Writer, NXT at WWE! Working in wrestling wasn’t what I envisioned when I embarked on my journalism degree at The University of Florida, as I spent the bulk of my college years covering Florida Gators football and basketball full-time. I thought I would take the college athletics beat reporting route, a dream I had since high school. However, the decision to expand my horizon and pursue a career with another longtime love of mine in the WWE was the best decision I could’ve made in hindsight. It was a scary transition, but one I would surely make again if I could go back. Now, as I near my two-year anniversary with WWE, I’m so grateful to be moving into this Writer position and continue working with such a great team!”
Applegate wrote ,“I’m excited to share I’ve been promoted to Writer, NXT at WWE! Hard work pays off, dreams come true.”
Also, Maurice Jenkins wrote that he has been elevated to the Associate Producer position.
Jenkins wrote, “I’m blessed to announce that I’ve been promoted to Associate Producer for WWE! When you first step into the industry, you hope for a full-time job and a high salary, but one thing that’s not guaranteed is finding a place you can grow and thrive in. Not only have I found that here, but also people that believe in me and that feel like much-needed family in a constant on-the-road lifestyle. Thank you to everyone who’s believed in me and who’s granted me opportunity after opportunity to grow in the space that I’ve been given thus far. All glory be to God! One step on a path of many!”
