According to Fightful Select, Mark Davis suffered an injury in his match against Powerhouse Hobbs on this past week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. There is no word yet on the nature and severity of Davis’ injury, but those within AEW have expressed genuine sympathy, especially considering the effort Davis put into making a comeback from his previous injury layoff only to be put on the shelf once again.
Davis’ status and injury will be updated once they become available, but the incident cut short his match, which wasn’t part of the original plan.
