WWE recently filed trademark applications for the terms “WWE: Survive the Ride” and “WWE: Deadman’s Tour” on Tuesday, October 13, as reported by F4WOnline.com. These trademarks fall under the goods and services category for use in video games.

The description includes references to video, mobile, and computer game software. Given the somewhat generic nature of these names and the simultaneous filing of both trademarks, it seems more likely that they are intended for mobile or casino games rather than console games.

As of now, WWE Games has not announced any Undertaker-themed gaming projects. The Undertaker, a WWE Hall of Famer, currently hosts a company-produced podcast called “Six Feet Under.” In May, the company also filed for another trademark related to video games.

Below is the description submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO):

“IC 009: Video, mobile and computer game software, video games for use with wireless devices; online video games; video games for use via a global computer network and wireless devices; coin-fed amusement gaming machines; interactive video game programs; interactive multimedia computer games on all platforms; downloadable computer game software for use on mobile and cellular phones; downloadable electronic game software for use on mobile phones and handheld computers; downloadable game software.”
