Former WWE NXT senior writer and producer Jim Smallman posted on his Instagram several weeks ago to reveal that he is leaving the company to return to the U.K. with his family. Smallman is a former co-founder of PROGRESS Wrestling, who previously worked with NXT UK.
Smallman recently posted on his official LinkedIn page to reveal that he is now back with the company and working as the WWE’s new International Talent Scout.

Have loved my six years of working for WWE so far, and it’s wonderful that I can now combine being back in the UK for my family with still contributing to the business that I adore so much.
With every WWE show playing on Netflix here in Europe, it’s a very exciting time for wrestling on this continent so I am very much looking forward to seeing what the future holds.”
