Fightful Select reports that former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Hirooki Goto has been cast in the upcoming Street Fighter movie, where he will portray the character E. Honda. The report also mentions that Goto will join a cast that includes Noah Centineo as Ken, Andrew Koji as Ryu, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Cody Rhodes as Guile, 50 Cent as Balrog, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki, Orville Peck as Vega, and David Dastmalchian as M. Bison.
The movie, directed by Kitao Sakurai, is set to begin production in August in Australia. Currently, plot details for the film remain under wraps.
