Marty Scurll Files To Trademark His Nickname

Former ROH star Marty Scurll filed to trademark the term “The Villain” with the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office) last December 6th for entertainment and merchandising purposes.

Aside from ROH, Scurll also worked for promotions like NJPW and NWA.
