As PWMania.com previously reported, former WWE and ECW star Stevie Richards took to his podcast and criticized the Mike Awesome vs. Masato Tanaka match from ECW One Night Stand 2005. Richards said that Awesome had zero psychology for the match and that the brutality of the match was dumb.
ECW legend Masato Tanaka took to his official Twitter (X) account and responded to Richards’ comments on the match.
Tanaka wrote, “I don’t care what anyone thinks. The match with Mike was hard, but it was fun. Because of that, I can still step into the USA ring. bwo I love it.”
