Security surrounds the ring as Hayes explains that this is more of what he pictured. He says his security is solely at ringside to protect him and says the NXT Title is coming back to him at Roadblock next week. Dragunov says they’ve been around each other for the last eight months or so, and says he now realizes that Hayes will do anything and step over anyone to get his NXT Title back. Hayes says that crazy coming from Dragunov after telling him that he would take his soul from him last week and says the only difference between them is that he’s colder than Dragunov.

Tony D’Angelo then makes his way down to the ring and says he needs to be included in the conversation about big business. Hayes warns D’Angelo that he’ll send his security after him if he says another word and says Hayes isn’t the only one who can make things move around in NXT. Security then hops off the apron and heads to the back and takes Ava’s seat. He says he can’t be the only one to see that Hayes and Dragunov have dominated the NXT Title picture and only one man can flip that on its head. He says D’Angelo has had a year to talk about the NXT Title and says while Dragunov dresses like a champion, his intent is a little dramatic. He says he’s here to tell Dragunov he wants to take Dragunov’s title away from him and says he’s earned everything he has while those who have crossed him got what they deserved. He says he’ll earn a title match with Dragunov at Stand & Deliver and Dragunov says his interest is piqued. He announces that Ava has agreed to make a #1 Contenders match for the NXT Title between him & Hayes to determine who will face Dragunov at Stand & Deliver.

Ava tells Dragunov that the decision is ultimately his to make as to whether or not he agrees and the only thing that will be left is for Hayes to put pen to paper on the contract she’s drafted. Dragunov says he would like to see Hayes earn something for the 1st time in his life and agrees to D’Angelo’s proposal. He tells D’Angelo to Whoop That Melo next week.

Hayes voices his objections but then tells D’Angelo that he can’t beat him. Hayes says if they need someone to take out the trash D’Angelo is the man but he is The Don when it comes to the NXT Title. D’Angelo gets out of his seat and makes his way over to where Hayes is standing but Hayes sends him crashing into Dragunov. He then sends D’Angelo crashing through the table and calls for Ava to hand him the contract. He signs it then picks up the NXT Title and tosses it on top of Dragunov. He then stands tall to close out this week’s NXT.
