WWE veteran Natalya recently appeared on an episode of WWE’s The Bump, where she talked about a number of topics including NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez.
Natalya said, “Roxanne is amazing. She has actually trained with me in the dungeon, and I enjoy training with her in the Dungeon, and then getting to compete against her. I think she’s so talented. I know she plays the role of the bad guy, and girl on TV, but she and I really gelled in the ring, and we just had instant chemistry. So I cannot wait to wrestle Roxanne again soon. I think down the road, listen, I wouldn’t even mind main-eventing WrestleMania with Roxanne. I have big dreams too. But she’s so talented, and she truly is a student of the game. She loves this, she loves WWE, she’s loved wrestling since she was a little girl.”
On wanting to wrestle Perez again:
“She followed her dreams, and here she is today, doing incredible work and really helping lead our women’s division in NXT. So yes, I would love to wrestle her again, and I have nothing but respect for Roxanne.”
