Jeff Hardy has shared a major personal milestone in his ongoing journey of recovery.
During a recent appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, the wrestling legend confirmed that he has now been sober for over three years—a significant achievement following a long, public battle with substance abuse.
When asked by Helwani how long he had been sober, Hardy responded: “Three years, two days.”
Hardy’s struggles have been well documented over the years, including multiple arrests and rehab stints. His most recent incident occurred in June 2022, when he was arrested on a felony DUI charge. He later served jail time and completed a court-mandated program.
The AEW star returned to the ring in April 2023 and has been working toward redemption ever since. This new update marks a major turning point for the former world champion, whose commitment to sobriety is being met with support and celebration across the wrestling world.
