WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash discussed various topics, including the friendships he formed in pro wrestling, on an episode of his Kliq This podcast.
Nash said, “Then it became the business, and it was like Raven, DDP, Scott — the early guys.”
On Steve Austin:
“Then Austin was that next tier, because he came the next year, and he and I traveled. I traveled with Steve almost exclusively out of Atlanta.”
On the formation of The Kliq:
“And then Scott left, went to New York, and it became me and Shawn and Scott. And we traveled everywhere for like probably almost six, seven months, until X-Pac with the Smoking Gunns. He jumped in with us, and then we went until Hunter joined. And so that was the Kliq.”
On Jeff Jarrett:
“But I was also always really, really close with Jeff Jarrett. Jeff was one of my — Jeff is to this day, you know, Jeff’s always been one of my boys.”
On the office side:
“And there’s office guys like Jeremy Borash and Ross Forman that I became friends with. I became very close friends with Eric Bischoff, and became friends with Hulk at different levels.”
