House shows have once again become a regular feature in WWE, as the company is currently in the middle of its 2026 Summer Tour. In recent months, WWE has hosted live events across Europe and the U.S., and is presently running shows in Canada. Additionally, they are scheduled to begin a tour of South America this September.
According to Fightful Select, sources within WWE have noted that the main objective of these house shows is to create viral moments, even if they arise from simple interactions between wrestlers who don’t typically work together on television.
Recent live events have featured several noteworthy moments, including LA Knight teaming with Oba Femi, Danhausen partnering with Femi, Undisputed WWE Champion CM Punk and Cody Rhodes sharing a kiss with Danhausen, and Kevin Owens delivering a Stunner to Danhausen as a message to Punk.
