According to PWInsider.com, Major League Wrestling (MLW) has recently changed its Senior Director of Live Events. Mike Kitlas, who had been with MLW since 2019, has left the company to accept a position with Real American Freestyle (RAF). Rafael Morffi, a former AEW executive, has taken over the role.
The report noted that Kitlas was “extremely well liked” and had a reputation for being one of the first to arrive and the last to leave at every MLW event. It was also mentioned that he was involved in all aspects of the Live Events department.
Additionally, Fightful Select reported that Morffi assumed the Senior Director position about a month ago. He departed AEW in late 2023 and then became a senior executive at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
