During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, the company announced that this year’s Blood & Guts special will take place on Wednesday, November 4th, at the Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Additionally, tickets for the event will go on sale on Monday, September 28th.
The inaugural edition of AEW Blood & Guts took place in Jacksonville, Florida, in May 2021, and it has since become an annual feature on the AEW television schedule.
The most recent edition took place at First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina, on November 12th, 2025. This event featured the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts Match. In the men’s match, Darby Allin and The Conglomeration defeated The Death Riders, while the women’s match was won by Mercedes Moné, Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, and the Triangle of Madness after Toni Storm surrendered on behalf of Mina Shirakawa.
