During last Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn and The Acclaimed (“Platinum” Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) made their way down to the ring and announced that they will be facing AEW World Trios Champions the House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King and Buddy Matthews) for their AEW World Trios Championship on the July 22nd episode of AEW Collision.
This is a rematch from this past May’s Double or Nothing, where the House of Black retained their AEW World Trios Titles in a wild back-and-forth match against The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass after Black hit Billy Gunn with his Blackout finisher.
