WWE legend Randy Orton appeared in a new YouTube video where he discussed several topics, including some of his most famous RKOs of all time. He stated that his favorite RKO is the one he performed on Evan Bourne (Matt Sydal).
Orton said, “This would be, it might be tied for one, but I think I’m gonna go with one on this. And I have to give him props because it was all him. He can put that shooting star press anywhere, hitting these guys with an RKO out of nowhere or out of the air, it’s all about the timing. So, I think because of the timing, it’s hard to say, cuz it’s this one and another one that I’m assuming you’re gonna show me next, it would be tied for one, in my opinion. I’m gonna with one only because this was the first time that I did anything crazy like that with the RKO.”
On ranking his RKO on Hulk Hogan as No. 3:
“So we got five, four, and one, all right. Hulk Hogan, okay, so, mm-hm, I think I was wrestling him in 05 at SummerSlam, so I had to drop him, I had to drop his ass on the car. That might have been the only time I did it on the car. I’m gonna put this at 3 only because there’s still room for number 2, although I am not in charge of what videos you show me, I have a feeling that number 2 is next. So that’s 3.”
On ranking his WrestleMania RKO on Seth Rollins as No. 2:
“This was really cool. This, obviously is number 2, but if I were to do it all over again, it could very easily be number 1 simply because there was that question mark and I rarely go into a match with a question mark. Usually, I’m batting a thousand. This will be 2 of course, it’s the last one you’re showing me, but it could very well be number 1, yeah.”
