Ric Flair Comments On Not Being Interviewed For “Who Killed WCW?” Docuseries

As PWMania.com previously reported, Deadline.com indicated that a “Who Killed WCW?” docuseries is set to premiere on VICE TV this coming June 4th and will cover the meteoric rise and astronomical fall of WCW, which went out of business and was purchased by WWE in 2001.

The “Who Killed WCW?” docuseries is produced by The Rock’s Seven Buck Productions and the creators of Dark Side of the Ring.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair took to his official Twitter (X) account to express his unhappiness about not being interviewed for the “Who Killed WCW?” docuseries.

Flair wrote, “As Usual More Bullshit, No Interview With Ric Flair Who Was WCW, And Who Made Everyone There For 20 Years. Run By The The Same People Who Killed The Company. How Embarrassing!! A Documentary About WCW Without Me! And According To @EBischoff On @83Weeks, I Was The Greatest WCW Wrestler, And I Made Everyone In The Company As There Wouldn’t Be Anyone Without Me. Diamonds Are Forever And So Is Ric Flair! For You Haters, Please Go To 83 Weeks With Eric Bischoff If You Have A Problem!”

A trailer of the docuseries was recently released, where several of WCW’s key players, including Eric Bischoff, Vince Russo, Goldberg, Kevin Nash, Booker T and a few more weigh in and give their thoughts on what went wrong with the promotion, with the exception of The Nature Boy.
