Former WWE star Ricardo Rodriguez, who was known as Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer, recently spoke with Ten Count’s Steve Fall on a variety of topics. Rodriguez commented on how he worked a show for All Elite Wrestling as part of the company’s Spanish commentary team, noting that Thunder Rosa brought him in to be a part of the show as he was very close with her.
Rodriguez said, “They were doing tryouts. I was brought in by Thunder Rosa. I’m very close with her. She was training under me for a good while before she became Thunder Rosa. So she vouched for me to go over there.”
Rodriguez also revealed he would go back to WWE if given the opportunity.
“I would definitely go back to WWE if given the opportunity.”
