The TNT Championship match for AEW All In: Texas is officially locked in.
During the taping for the 100th episode of AEW Collision on July 2 in Ontario, California, Kyle Fletcher defeated Daniel Garcia in the main event to become the No. 1 contender to Adam Cole’s TNT Title.
The episode opened with Cole addressing the crowd before being interrupted by Fletcher, who issued a direct challenge for a title opportunity at All In. Moments later, Garcia entered the scene, also staking his claim for a title shot.
This led to the scheduled Fletcher vs. Garcia singles match being upgraded to a Number One Contender’s Match. In the main event, Fletcher secured the win after delivering a devastating Brainbuster to Garcia.
With the victory, Fletcher will now challenge Adam Cole for the TNT Championship on Saturday, July 12 at AEW All In: Texas.
