WWE star Jinder Mahal recently spoke with Sportskeeda WrestleBinge. Mahal is a former World Champion and one of India’s biggest stars.
When Mahal was asked who could beat Roman Reigns, he replied:
“I think the only one that can dethrone Roman Reigns is himself when he retires. That’s my answer. Right now, just so much momentum. He has Paul Heyman in his ear guiding him, and of course his schedule, he only comes around once in a while. He picks his shots. So he has every advantage.”
If an Indian Bloodline could take over:
“Of course it could. I mean, we’re trying our best. I really think it’s important for WWE to do another tryout in India, maybe have a Performance Center in India, then truly another Bloodline, an Indian Bloodline will take over all of WWE, but before that, we need our youth to stay motivated, set goals and work hard to get yourself ready to become The Bloodline.”
John Cena wrestling in India for the first time:
“Incredible. John Cena doesn’t wrestle that much anymore and to have India be lucky enough to have John Cena, historic night.”
