Indie Star Ivan Warsaw Passes Away At The Age Of 41

Dogg Pound Championship Wrestling (DPCW), an affiliate of NWA Texas, announced on their Instagram account that Kevin Nikel, known in the independent wrestling scene as Ivan Warsaw and Knuckles Madsen, has passed away.

Details surrounding his passing have not yet been released, but Warsaw was 41 years old at the time of his death.

DPCW wrote, “NWA Texas is saddened to learn of the passing of Kevin Nikel, professionally known as Ivan Warsaw & Knuckles Madsen.

His contributions to Professional Wrestling will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this time.

Rest in Peace”

Warsaw began his professional wrestling career in 2007, competing for various promotions including TSW, UWN, and Memphis Wrestling. He signed a developmental contract with WWE in 2012 and 2013, participating in several house shows for NXT under the ring name Knuckles Madsen. His last known wrestling match took place in July of last year.
