During a segment in front of the audience, Gia Miller introduced Avery, who spoke about how significant TNA was to his father, AJ Styles. He then announced that he had officially signed with the promotion.
Frankie Kazarian subsequently made his way to the ring, welcoming Avery to TNA and referencing his history with AJ. Kazarian advised Avery to be cautious in the locker room and assured him that he could trust him.
