AEW presented one of its biggest events of the year as All Out 2026 aired live from the NOW Arena. The evening began with the Tailgate Brawl pre-show before moving into a championship-heavy pay-per-view.
AEW All Out Tailgate Brawl Results
Renee Paquette, Mick Foley, Jeff Jarrett and RJ City hosted the pre-show and previewed the evening’s card.
“Jungle” Jack Perry vs. Katsuyori Shibata
Katsuyori Shibata trapped Jack Perry in an early headscissors, but Perry escaped with a headstand. The opponents exchanged chops until Shibata knocked Perry from the turnbuckles to the floor.
Perry responded by driving Shibata head-and-neck-first into the middle turnbuckle and following with a running boot.
On the apron, Shibata escaped Perry’s attempted piledriver and delivered a vertical suplex. Shibata then suplexed Perry from the apron to the floor.
Back inside, Perry attempted a sunset-flip powerbomb from the turnbuckles. Shibata countered into a hurricanrana attempt, but Perry reversed into the Snare Trap and forced him to reach the ropes.
Perry connected with a dropkick and double-underhook Tiger Bomb for two. Shibata answered with a running chop and rear choke.
Perry escaped the submission by rolling Shibata into a tight pinning combination and keeping him down for three.

Jack Perry Calls Out Samoa Joe
Perry called Samoa Joe out after his victory. HOOK, Anthony Bowens and Action Andretti appeared before Joe entered the ring.
Perry extended his hand, but Joe turned his back. Perry grabbed Joe’s shoulder and demanded a handshake, prompting Joe to drop him with a headbutt.
Sisters of Sin vs. Queen Aminata and Mina Shirakawa
Julia Hart and Mina Shirakawa opened the match, with Mina catching Hart in a rollup following a missed moonsault.
Skye Blue and Queen Aminata tagged in. Aminata blocked Code Blue, delivered a shoulder tackle and followed with Chocolate Kisses.
Mina returned with a tornillo and spin kick, but Hart grabbed her boot from ringside. Blue capitalized with a knee strike and DDT.
After tags on both sides, Mina caught Hart with a headscissors and top-rope shotgun dropkick. Aminata later delivered a diving double stomp as Mina held Blue in position.
The Sisters of Sin responded with stereo thrust kicks and simultaneous modified octopus holds. Mina and Aminata escaped and answered with elevated reverse DDTs.
Aminata hit Blue with a snap swinging neckbreaker, but Hart pulled Mina from the apron before Aminata could make a tag. Blue then connected with Code Blue for the victory.

Mick Foley interviewed the Bang Bang Gang before its no-disqualification match. Juice Robinson discussed the team’s strategy, while Jay White and the group responded to Foley’s questioning with “Gunns Up!”
No-Disqualification Match
Bang Bang Gang vs. The Dogs and Death Riders
Both teams adopted three-point stances at the bell, with Colten Gunn catching a football and throwing it at David Finlay.
The match quickly moved outside. Finlay put on shoulder pads while Clark Connors carried the football and ran through several opponents. Connors delivered a back body drop onto a cornhole board and later struck Ace Austin with a barbecue.
Finlay attacked Jay White in the corner as Austin and Wheeler Yuta fought up the entrance ramp. The Dogs and Death Riders then took turns attacking White.
Austin grabbed the football, leapfrogged Connors and caught Yuta with a back heel kick before spiking the ball. He followed with a Fosbury Flop onto the wrestlers at ringside.
Austin Gunn delivered a facebuster and DDT to Finlay. White then came off the top rope with a football-assisted Swanton.
The Bang Bang Gang surrounded Finlay and hit him with a series of strikes before delivering a Fameasser onto a keg. Marina Shafir broke up the pin.
Finlay later struck Austin Gunn with a helmet for two. Connors was thrown into the barbecue before Ace Austin hit him with The Fold. Daniel Garcia received the 3:10 to Yuma.
Yuta rolled Colten up for a near fall, but White immediately caught him with the Blade Runner and secured the pinfall.

AEW National Championship
Andrade El Idolo (c) vs. PAC
PAC opened with a German suplex for two. He and Andrade exchanged hurricanranas before landing on their feet. Andrade offered a handshake, but PAC responded with a kick.
Andrade gained momentum with a diving crossbody and dropkick. PAC rolled outside and stopped Andrade’s attempted dive with a kick.
Marina Shafir repeatedly interfered on PAC’s behalf, attacking Andrade at ringside and raking his eyes.
Andrade eventually sent Shafir over the barricade before unloading on PAC with chops. Back inside, Andrade landed a standing moonsault for two.
PAC countered Andrade’s running double knees with an overhead throw into the turnbuckles. Andrade recovered with the Three Amigos and launched himself over the ropes with a tornillo.
After Andrade stopped to take a selfie with a fan, Shafir put the fan in a chokehold. The distraction allowed PAC to blindside the champion.
PAC later hit a 450 splash for a close near fall. Andrade answered with Dia de los Muertos, but PAC rolled outside before the champion could cover him.
Both men narrowly beat the referee’s count after another exchange on the floor. PAC attempted the Black Arrow, but Andrade moved.
Shafir provided another distraction, allowing PAC to hit a reverse hurricanrana and lariat. PAC then applied the Brutalizer.
Andrade shifted his weight and rolled PAC onto his shoulders, keeping him down for the three-count.

AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator
Darby Allin and Steven Borden vs. Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight
Steven Borden tagged himself in early to confront Kyle Fletcher. He caught Fletcher with an arm drag and transitioned into an armbar before Kevin Knight entered.
Borden stood his ground against Knight’s shoulder tackle, dropped him with a dropkick and tagged Darby Allin.
Knight caught Allin with a strike before leaving the ring. Darby chased him, but Fletcher made a blind tag and attacked Allin upon his return.
Knight tripped Darby while he attempted a springboard maneuver, sending him crashing to the floor. Allin later jumped from the steel steps, but Fletcher caught him and powerbombed him onto the steps.
The Don Callis Family isolated Darby. Allin appeared to tag Borden, but the referee did not see it and ordered Borden back to the apron.
Darby eventually created enough separation to make the official tag. Borden entered and attacked both opponents before Fletcher and Knight sent him into the barricade.
Knight later trapped Allin in the tree of woe and attempted a Coast-to-Coast, but Borden pulled Darby to safety.
Borden and Knight climbed opposing turnbuckles and launched themselves toward one another. Borden struck Knight during the midair collision but landed awkwardly and remained down.
Medical personnel checked Borden and ultimately stopped the match.
Winners via referee and doctor stoppage: Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight
Borden was conscious and able to stand with assistance before being helped from ringside. Tony Schiavone later reported that Borden remained responsive while awaiting further medical evaluation.
AEW TBS Championship Open Challenge
Persephone (c) vs. Dani Luna
Persephone entered alongside Dr. Britt Baker before Dani Luna was revealed as the surprise challenger.
Luna stood her ground against Persephone’s attempted shoulder tackle. The champion answered with a takedown, belly-to-belly suplex and fireman’s carry for two.
Luna responded with a right hand and lariat. She later blocked a monkey flip and delivered a high boot, but Baker knocked her from the turnbuckles while the referee checked Persephone.
The champion followed with a dive through the ropes. Persephone then distracted the referee so Baker could attack Luna again.
Luna fought back with a bridging Northern Lights suplex. She later delivered a modified Blue Thunder Bomb using the ropes, but Persephone kicked out.
Baker attempted to interfere again, but Luna kicked her from the apron. Persephone responded with a German suplex that dropped Luna onto the edge of the ring.
Luna connected with a release German suplex and fireman’s carry slam for two. Baker then grabbed Luna’s hair while the referee was distracted.
Luna wiped Baker out with a tope, only for Persephone to answer with a dive of her own.
Baker prevented another German suplex by holding Persephone’s legs from the floor. The champion escaped and hit Luna with the Razor’s Edge to retain.

AEW International Championship
Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Tommaso Ciampa
Kazuchika Okada and Tommaso Ciampa exchanged holds before Ciampa slapped the champion. Okada responded with a boot and headscissors.
Okada offered a handshake before flipping Ciampa off. The exchange led to both men avoiding the other’s signature offense.
Ciampa knocked Okada from the apron with a knee and continued attacking at ringside. Back inside, Okada took control with a neckbreaker and DDT for two.
The action moved to the apron and turnbuckles. Okada escaped Ciampa’s grasp and hit a dropkick that sent the challenger to the floor.
Okada draped Ciampa across the barricade near his family and delivered a DDT. He then confronted Ciampa’s daughter, Willow, on her eighth birthday and flipped her off. Willow responded with both middle fingers, allowing Ciampa to attack the distracted champion.
Ciampa sent Okada into the barricade, celebrated with his daughter and delivered Angel’s Wings for two.
Okada answered with a neckbreaker across the knee, scoop slam and top-rope elbow drop. Ciampa bit Okada’s finger and stomped on his hand.
Don Callis later distracted the referee, allowing Okada to retrieve a screwdriver. The champion came off the ropes holding the weapon, but Ciampa intercepted him with a knee strike.
Ciampa survived a German suplex, avoided the Rainmaker and hit a running knee for a close near fall.
Ciampa mocked Okada and attempted a Rainmaker of his own. Okada escaped, caught him in a cradle for two and connected with a Rainmaker lariat.
Ciampa avoided another Rainmaker attempt but ran into a dropkick. Okada followed with a bodyslam and finally connected with the Rainmaker for the victory.

Schiavone provided another update on Borden, confirming that he was conscious and responsive while AEW’s medical team awaited further information.
AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Chicago Street Fight
The Brawling Birds (c) vs. Divine Dominion
The fight began before the bell as Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor entered carrying weapons.
Megan Bayne and Lena Kross attempted to drive the champions into steel chairs, but The Brawling Birds countered with simultaneous drop-toe holds.
Bayne introduced a gold chair and drove it into Windsor’s face. Kross then caught Hayter and powerbombed her through a table at ringside.
Divine Dominion isolated Windsor. Kross held her over the top rope while Bayne repeatedly struck her with a kendo stick.
Hayter recovered and used the weapon against both challengers. The champions then used the stick to assist a side leg sweep.
Bayne entered with a barbed-wire chair, but Hayter dropkicked it into her face. Windsor placed a trash can over Kross before Hayter delivered a missile dropkick for two.
All four women exchanged strikes while sitting in chairs before returning to their feet. Divine Dominion gained control with simultaneous slams for near falls.
Bayne brought a guardrail into the ring, and Kross propped it against the turnbuckles. Hayter fought back with kendo-stick shots before the champions sent Kross crashing into the rail.
The Brawling Birds attempted Two Birds One Stone, but Bayne stopped them. Divine Dominion then delivered Divine Intervention to Windsor onto two chairs, only for Hayter to break the pin.
The challengers brought a barbed-wire board into the ring and placed it against the corner. Windsor was driven into the barbed-wire chair, but Hayter caught Bayne with a Death Valley Driver through the board.
Kross emptied a bag of thumbtacks onto the canvas and prepared to slam Windsor onto them. Hayter returned with a chain wrapped around her fist and smashed a bottle over Kross’ head.
The champions delivered Two Birds One Stone, sending Kross onto the thumbtacks. Windsor covered her for the victory.

AEW promoted Blood & Guts for November 4.
Schiavone reported that Borden had arrived at a nearby hospital and remained conscious. He was reportedly talking about the match while undergoing further evaluation.
AEW World Trios Championship
Swerve Strickland and New Level (c) vs. “Hangman” Adam Page and Brodido
Bandido and Kofi Kingston opened with an athletic exchange. Both landed on their feet following monkey-flip attempts before shaking hands.
Brody King and Austin Creed entered next. King easily overpowered Creed, sent him outside and crushed him against the barricade with a running crossbody.
“Hangman” Adam Page tagged in and exchanged offense with Creed. Kofi entered as Swerve Strickland became distracted by inadvertently being struck by Page.
Swerve pulled Hangman outside despite Bandido becoming legal. The longtime rivals fought on the floor until the referee separated them.
The champions then isolated Bandido. Swerve continued attacking the ROH World Champion but repeatedly stopped to taunt Hangman.
Bandido eventually tagged King, who ran through Creed and Kofi before crushing Creed with a cannonball. Swerve broke up the pin.
Creed and King tagged out, finally making Swerve and Hangman the legal competitors. Page charged Strickland, igniting a fight involving all six men.
Swerve avoided the Buckshot Lariat before Creed pulled him outside. The challengers responded with tandem offense, including Page delivering a leg drop while Creed was draped across Bandido’s knees.
Page and Bandido delivered simultaneous fallaway slams to Swerve and Kofi from the turnbuckles, but Creed broke Hangman’s cover.
Bandido later lifted Swerve and Kofi simultaneously. King escaped Creed’s grasp and added him to the pile, allowing Bandido to slam all three champions.
King planted Creed with a piledriver for two. The champions answered with a triple-team combination ending in Swerve’s 450 splash, but King kicked out.
Page attempted a Buckshot Lariat on Swerve but accidentally struck Creed. Bandido caught Strickland with the X-Knee and attempted the 21 Plex.
Swerve escaped, landed on his feet and caught Bandido with Big Pressure to retain the titles.

AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator
Thekla vs. Willow Nightingale
The winner of the match would challenge Mercedes Moné for the AEW Women’s World Championship at WrestleDream.
Willow Nightingale and Thekla exchanged offense and pinning combinations before Willow landed a pounce and several right hands.
Thekla knocked Willow from the turnbuckles and targeted her previously injured arm. She attacked Willow’s hand and fingers before stomping on them and delivering a running boot.
Willow fought back with a dropkick and transitioned from a cloverleaf into a powerbomb for a close near fall. She followed Thekla outside with a cannonball.
Thekla answered with a top-rope crossbody to the floor and attempted a standing Tarantula. Willow escaped by sending her into the barricade.
Both women barely beat the referee’s ten-count. Back inside, Thekla knocked Willow from the ropes and delivered a double stomp onto the injured hand.
Thekla followed with a spear, but Willow bridged out of the pin.
Julia Hart distracted the referee, allowing Skye Blue to strike Willow’s injured hand with a STARDOM championship. Hart attempted to interfere but accidentally hit Thekla.
Willow removed Hart and covered Thekla, but could only get two.
Thekla recovered and resumed attacking Willow’s damaged hand. Two additional stomps allowed her to secure the pinfall.

Mercedes Moné appeared on the stage after the match and raised the AEW Women’s World Championship while staring down her WrestleDream challenger.
AEW World Tag Team Championship Three-Way Ladder Match
Adam Copeland and Christian Cage (c) vs. FTR vs. The Young Bucks
All six men began brawling immediately. Adam Copeland and Christian Cage brought chairs into the ring and attempted a Conchairto on Matt Jackson, but he escaped.
The Young Bucks briefly controlled the match before FTR and the champions returned. Copeland and Cage used a ladder against Matt and Nick, while FTR later sent the champions into the same ladder.
Matt delivered a double bulldog to FTR before monkey-flipping Christian onto a ladder positioned against the ropes.
Copeland retrieved a taller ladder, but Cash Wheeler prevented him from climbing. Dax Harwood then suplexed Copeland onto a ladder positioned across the middle rope.
Christian and Wheeler climbed opposite sides of the ladder until The Young Bucks stopped them. Wheeler was later sent from the apron through a table at ringside.
On the opposite side, Copeland delivered an Impaler to Matt onto a table, although it did not break.
Christian hit Nick with an avalanche Killswitch onto a ladder. He began climbing toward the titles as Copeland kept FTR away with a chair.
Stokely Hathaway entered and caught Copeland with a low blow. Christian abandoned his climb to confront him, but Stokely attempted to climb the ladder himself.
Copeland recovered and tipped the ladder, sending Stokely over the ropes and through a table.
FTR stopped Copeland from climbing and delivered a stuffed piledriver to him on the apron.
The Young Bucks placed Harwood and Copeland across separate tables. Matt and Nick climbed a tall ladder at ringside and simultaneously delivered a splash to Harwood and an elbow drop to Copeland through the tables.
Three ladders were eventually positioned in the ring as all six wrestlers climbed toward the championships.
Copeland speared Nick from one ladder to the canvas. FTR then delivered the Shatter Machine to Christian.
The champions stopped FTR from retrieving the titles and trapped Harwood’s head between the ladder rungs before delivering a Conchairto.
Wheeler tipped one ladder and sent Copeland crashing outside. Christian remained above the ring until The Young Bucks returned.
Matt and Nick knocked Wheeler down, leaving his leg caught on the top rope. They then delivered the BTE Trigger to Christian and climbed the ladder to retrieve the belts.

AEW World Championship
Will Ospreay (c) vs. Jon Moxley
Jon Moxley entered through the crowd before Will Ospreay received an orchestral entrance featuring a live violin performance and an Assassin’s Creed-inspired video.
Moxley controlled the opening lockup, but Ospreay escaped and attempted Deathground. Mox reached the ropes.
The champion eventually sent Moxley outside and followed with a springboard dive. Back inside, the opponents fought on the turnbuckles until Moxley bit Ospreay and raked his back.
Mox delivered a DDT that drove Ospreay’s head into the turnbuckle. He then knocked the champion back outside and sent him into the steel steps.
Moxley relentlessly targeted Ospreay’s head, neck, back, fingers and hand. He delivered a delayed piledriver for two before transitioning from a countered corkscrew kick into an STF.
Ospreay eventually escaped and connected with the corkscrew kick. The champion followed with a dropkick and Skytwister Press for two.
Mox answered with a sleeper suplex and Gotch-style piledriver for another near fall. Ospreay survived a lariat and fought back with a powerbomb, Styles Clash and Oscutter, but Moxley kicked out each time.
Ospreay removed his elbow pad and prepared for the Hidden Blade when Marina Shafir climbed onto the apron. The Death Riders approached ringside, prompting United Empire to intervene.
Ospreay accidentally knocked down the referee during the chaos. He then covered Moxley, but no official was available to count.
Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta fought Francesco Akira and Mike Bailey outside. PAC attacked Bailey with a briefcase and entered the ring, only for Andrade El Idolo to pull him outside and hit Dia de los Muertos.
Andrade gave Ospreay the United Empire gesture before leaving. Ospreay hit Mox with the Hidden Blade and prepared for another, but Shafir struck the champion with the briefcase.
Shafir pulled the referee back into the ring, but Ospreay kicked out of Moxley’s cover. Shafir then attacked the referee.
Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter arrived to take out Shafir and join United Empire’s fight against the Death Riders.
Moxley eventually grabbed the briefcase and struck Ospreay with it. A second referee ran down, but the champion kicked out.
Mox hit the Paradigm Shift twice and followed with the Death Rider DDT. Ospreay again raised his shoulder before three.
Moxley immediately applied the Bulldog Choke. Ospreay kept his arm raised and eventually escaped by biting Moxley’s arm.
The champion connected with the Hidden Blade and followed with Storm Breaker. Ospreay returned to the corner and struck Moxley with one final Hidden Blade to retain the championship.
Afterward, Mox took the AEW World Championship from Ospreay. Rather than attacking him, Moxley personally presented the title to the champion before leaving through the crowd with Shafir.
Ospreay raised the championship as All Out went off the air.
