As previously reported by PWMania.com, AEW Dynamite has averaged 660,000 viewers in the U.S. so far in 2026, up from 613,000 during the same period in 2025. In contrast, AEW Collision has been averaging 400,000 viewers in 2026, up from 363,000 at the same point last year, and slightly higher than the 395,000 viewers from 2024.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, both shows are experiencing a decline in the U.K. For September, AEW Collision had 56,000 viewers, while Dynamite garnered 58,000 on ITV 4. Meltzer pointed out that both shows had approximately double these numbers back in 2024. It’s worth noting that both shows have also dropped in U.S. demographic ratings compared to 2025. This analysis focuses solely on total viewership, as the U.K. does not measure ratings the same way as the U.S.
Meltzer further mentioned that the situation is the opposite of 2025, when AEW’s viewership in the U.K. grew significantly while ratings in the U.S. declined. Some of the decrease in U.K. viewership can be attributed to MyAEW, which offers fans ad-free content and pay-per-view discounts.
Additionally, ITV 4 broadcasts on a two-day delay, and scheduling often varies, with shows sometimes starting late at night after 11 PM. Meltzer also observed that Tony Khan has demonstrated loyalty to ITV, as they were the first company to sign on as a media distributor for AEW, and Khan hasn’t appeared to explore other options in what is their second-largest market worldwide.
