As reported by PWMania.com, AEW/ROH star RUSH recently addressed speculation regarding his status after announcing to fans that they wouldn’t see him again until 2027.
RUSH joined AEW in 2022 and is a two-time former ROH World Champion. On October 19, he posted “See you 2027” on his Twitter (X) account, prompting questions about his future with the company. The following day, he confirmed both his message and the details surrounding it.
RUSH wrote, “Everyone loves gossip! But they actually got two things right. I’m happy at my home, #AEW, and my visa has expired.”
RUSH has not competed in an AEW ring since July 2023. His last match took place on the July 1 episode of Collision, where he defeated Jordan Cruz. In total, RUSH has participated in 18 matches across AEW and ROH in 2023.
