AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam Mexico Preview For Tonight (6/18/2025)

Tonight, AEW makes history with Dynamite: Grand Slam – Mexico, airing live from the iconic Arena México in Mexico City. The event marks AEW’s first full-scale televised show in Mexico and features a stacked lineup with championship implications, dream matches, and cross-promotional star power.

In a highly anticipated main event, Mercedes Moné will challenge Zeuxis for the CMLL World Women’s Championship. Moné, who already holds multiple titles, is looking to add another to her collection in what’s being billed as one of the biggest inter-promotional women’s matches in recent memory.

MJF is also set for action, taking on CMLL legend Mistico in a rare one-on-one encounter that bridges AEW’s brash style with lucha libre tradition.

Two blockbuster tag matches headline the rest of the card. In a massive 10-man tag team clash, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and The Young Bucks will go to war against the eclectic alliance of Will Ospreay, Swerve Strickland, Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, and Powerhouse Hobbs.

Also scheduled is a high-stakes 12-man tag team bout featuring Bandido, Atlantis Jr., Templario, Brody King, Daniel Garcia, and Adam Cole battling Hechicero, Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke Takeshita, Josh Alexander, and FTR.

Rounding out the card is a high-octane four-way match between Ricochet, Lio Rush, Mascara Dorada, and Hologram — promising to deliver fast-paced aerial action that could steal the show.
