Saturday night’s episode of AEW Rampage saw Yuka Sakazaki go up against Emi Sakura in a singles match and come out of the match as the winner.
According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, Sakazaki suffered a legitimate leg injury during her bout with Sakura after she attempted a springboard move from the top rope. She awkwardly fell to the floor at ringside.
Meltzer also stated that there is no word yet on the severity of the injury and how long Sakazaki will be out of action.
