Seth Rollins, like Becky Lynch and Drew McIntyre, will decide whether to stay with WWE or become free-agents.
In 2023, Rollins became the face of WWE RAW after defeating AJ Styles to win the World Heavyweight Title at Night of Champions.
He has since defended the title against Damian Priest, Bron Breakker, Finn Balor, and Shinsuke Nakamura at Money in the Bank, SummerSlam, and Payback & Fastlane. He worked the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series last month. Future matches with CM Punk are also expected.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that the World Heavyweight Champion’s contract expires in June. Since a few weeks ago, the two sides have not begun extension talks.
WWE will likely offer Rollins a new contract because he is well-liked and respected within the company. The question is what he wants to do and whether the terms can be reached.
WWE would prioritize signing him to a new contract given his status. Lynch’s company contract expires in June.
