WWE has made several changes since Triple H took over main roster creative in the summer of 2022 after the Vince McMahon hush money scandal.

WWE’s business is booming across all metrics, locker room morale is up, and the product is praised. WWE has changed camera angles and backstage segments.

Production changes include special stage sets for arena crowds. WWE has been using minimal stage sets at TV and PLEs, including Raw at the Wells Fargo Center on Monday night. It was used for Backlash in Puerto Rico, Money in the Bank, Survivor Series, and more.

The stage set for SmackDown’s June return at Madison Square Garden has fans talking because they think it’s cool and different.

WWE will use minimal stage sets for RAW and SmackDown when possible to pack more fans into arenas, according to PWInsider.
