According to PWInsider.com, Sami Callihan is still a free agent despite his return to TNA Wrestling at their Rebellion PPV this past weekend.
A report was previously published stating that Callihan is under contract to MLW, but it seems that that is not true and that The Death Machine is free and clear to appear in any promotion he chooses.
