Fightful Select reports that current AEW star Rebel was backstage at Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
There is no word yet on why she was there, though this is not the first time she has shown up in the back.
The report also stated that Rebel is still under contract to AEW and remains on the rival promotion’s roster page. Despite this, Rebel has not appeared on AEW TV since 2022, and she has mainly accompanied former AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker to the ring.
