During Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, former AEW World Champion MJF made his entrance to Andrade El Idolo’s music and began insulting the crowd. He then approached a woman in the front row and disrespectfully commented, “In the States, this is about a four, but here in Scotland, that’s a 10.” Shortly after, El Idolo appeared from the crowd and attacked MJF from behind, forcing the former champion to retreat. The identity of the woman has since been revealed.
The woman in the segment was Maddy Morgan, who has previously competed for various indie promotions including Dream Star Fighting Marigold, Elevation, and TNT Extreme Wrestling. She later shared backstage photos from the show on Instagram and wrote, “ICYMI 🤩 what an experience getting to be on @aew yesterday with @andradealmas & @the_mjf – How you knoww??…. – #aew #womenswrestling #prowrestling #fyp #aewglasgow”
Morgan was also featured in a backstage segment during a WWE RAW episode in London this past June. Meanwhile, Andrade and MJF are set to compete in the Casino Gauntlet Match at All In: London, with Andrade entering the match as the number one entrant, followed by MJF.
