“The Icon” Sting and Darby Allin defended their AEW World Tag Team Titles against The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) in a Texas Tornado Tag Team Match in the main event of AEW Revolution.
Immediately following the match, Sting took part in a post-show media scrum, where he talked about a number of topics including how he had a little resistance in walking out of Revolution still the AEW World Tag Team Champions and still undefeated.
Sting said, “Yeah, there was a little resistance to going out undefeated. There was resistance to going out as champions. There was resistance to even getting a chance to be World Tag Champs [laughs], but it’s okay. It all worked out. I’m happy with it all.”
