Tony Khan Announces Major Updates For Tonight’s AEW Collision

AEW President Tony Khan has announced multiple updates to the card for tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, taking place at the Accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington.

A newly confirmed All-Star 8-Woman Tag Team Match headlines the women’s division action, with Thunder Rosa, Queen Aminata, Tay Melo, and Anna Jay set to battle the team of Athena, Thekla, Megan Bayne, and Penelope Ford. The match brings together ongoing rivalries, including Rosa’s recent win over Athena in tag action and Thekla’s singles victory over Aminata.

Toni Storm is also set to speak following the fallout from Grand Slam Mexico, where she attacked Mercedes Moné after a distraction by Mina Shirakawa. Storm is expected to address her ongoing pursuit of the new CMLL Women’s Champion.

Two major singles matches round out the card. In a late addition announced Saturday morning, Jon Moxley will face AR Fox in what promises to be a hard-hitting bout. Also, AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland will take on Shane Taylor in singles action.
