Triple H Hints At More WWE Appearances For Joe Hendry After WrestleMania Debut

At WWE WrestleMania 41 Sunday, fans were treated to a major surprise when TNA World Champion Joe Hendry was revealed as Randy Ortonโ€™s mystery opponent. Although Hendry ultimately came up short in the high-profile bout, his appearance marked a landmark moment in cross-promotional historyโ€”and it seems WWE leadership took notice.

Speaking at the post-show media scrum, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul โ€œTriple Hโ€ Levesque had high praise for Hendryโ€™s performance and potential future with WWE.

โ€œI love Joe Hendry. Heโ€™s a great talent, great entertainer, smart, respectful to what we do. He has a bright future,โ€ Triple H said. โ€œI was really happy that we could put him in this spot and showcase him for everybody on a bigger platform in the world.โ€

Levesque also hinted that this may not be a one-time appearance for the Scottish star, offering Hendry a bold piece of advice just before he walked through the curtain at Allegiant Stadium.

โ€œI told him right before he walked out, โ€˜You will be here again, so enjoy this one because the pressure gets heavy from here. This will be the easiest WrestleMania you ever do, and you will do more.โ€™โ€

While Hendry remains under contract with TNA Wrestling, speculation is already running high about potential future appearances in WWE.
