The forthcoming episodes of Rampage will present some difficulties for All Elite Wrestling.
This week’s Rampage episode featured TBS Champion Julia Hart defending her title against Leyla Hirsch in an Open House match, Cool Hand Ang vs. Zak Knight, Jay White vs. Matt Sydal, and Orange Cassidy vs. Alex Reynolds.
Because TNT covers the NBA, and the playoffs are about to begin, there will be some preemptions for AEW Rampage over the next month. This is one of the reasons AEW moved Dynamite to TBS a few years ago, to avoid being rescheduled for a later time or a different night due to NHL/NBA coverage.
It begins on Friday, April 19th, with the show moving to the night at 10 p.m., following that evening’s AEW Collision from Peoria, Illinois. This will be a three-hour segment of AEW programming.
TNT will broadcast NHL Playoff doubleheaders on several Fridays, including April 26, May 3, May 10, and May 17th. Rampage will air in a variety of time slots during those weeks, though exact air times are currently unknown.
