WWE Files To Trademark New Team Name For Tyler Bate & Pete Dunne

WWE has filed to trademark a new team name.

On February 18, 2024, the company submitted to trademark “New Catch Republic” under the entertainment services category with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

As noted, Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate are now using this as their tag team name on SmackDown. The duo are scheduled to challenge for the Undisputed WWE World Tag-Team Championships against The Judgment Day duo of Finn Balor and Damian Priest at WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth this Saturday.
