The ratings for the latest WWE Friday Night SmackDown are in.
According to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics, the show averaged 2.240 million viewers on FOX, a decrease from 2.384 million viewers the previous week on FOX.
The show received a 0.55 rating in the crucial 18-49 demographic, down from a 0.63 rating a week ago. The previous week’s total viewership was the highest since October 13 and the key demo rating was the highest since October 6.
SmackDown saw the return of Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, as well as Randy Orton vs. Jimmy Uso and other matches. Ratings were expected to be down from last week, when CM Punk made his first appearance in nearly a decade.
