On Sunday, May 11th, the animated hit TV series “Family Guy” aired a wrestling-themed episode in which Chris Griffin mistakenly joined his school’s amateur wrestling team, thinking it was professional wrestling. This led to a comedic moment when Chris used a steel chair on a fellow student. An adult character present then put on an announcer’s mask that closely resembled that of AEW commentator Excalibur.
Pro wrestling veteran and AEW star Colt Cabana took to his Twitter (X) account to offer fans a unique behind-the-scenes look at the recent wrestling-themed episode of “Family Guy” by sharing the show’s original concept art.
