During the June 17th, 2025 episode of WWE NXT, Jordynne Grace debuted a brand-new entrance theme — but it didn’t exactly hit the right notes with fans.
The crowd at the WWE Performance Center voiced their displeasure with a loud “Fire Def Rebel” chant, aimed at the in-house music production team responsible for most WWE theme songs. The backlash quickly spread online, with many fans criticizing the track for lacking identity. Wrestling podcaster JDfromNY added to the criticism, writing that the new theme has “literally no identity.”
Grace, never one to shy away from fan interaction, addressed the negative feedback head-on via Twitter/X, posting:
“I know what the streets are saying, but yall better suspend that disbelief and vibe with it, GOT IT?”

When one fan responded saying they would not be “vibing” with the new entrance music, Grace cheekily fired back:
“Lmk what you gonna wear next week so I can jump the barricade real quick.”

Despite the reaction to her theme, Grace picked up a big win on NXT, defeating Lola Vice to advance to the upcoming Fatal 4-Way #1 Contender’s Match for the NXT Women’s Championship, set for June 24th.
Whether or not the entrance music changes, it’s clear Jordynne Grace isn’t backing down from fan criticism — in or out of the ring.
