WWE returns to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for back-to-back shows.
In addition to the WWE Night Of Champions Kickoff media event today, the “go-home” episode of WWE SmackDown also emanates from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, all leading into the WWE Night Of Champions premium live event on Saturday.
Ahead of tonight’s blue brand program, we have learned that a segment with John Cena and CM Punk is scheduled to go on last and close the show. Cena noted last week that they were “cooking up something big” for the final SmackDown before the PLE.
Additionally, it appears that Joe Tessitore will be missing tonight’s show, and that Michael Cole and Wade Barrett will be the commentary duo for WWE SmackDown.
