WWE CROWN JEWEL: PERTH RESULTS – OCTOBER 11, 2025
“WWE Then. Now. Forever. Together.” airs as always to get the show officially off-and-running from RAC Arena in Perth. The pre-show panel of Michael Cole, Big E. and Wade Barrett welcome us to the show as we hear a rabid sea of fans making a ton of noise in the background.
A cool Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins rivalry video package airs to get things going. When it wraps up, we check in with Jackie Redmond, Cathy Kelley and the other members of the Countdown broadcast team in various areas backstage at the show venue for today.
From there, we shoot to an extended video package looking at the year-long “The Last Time Is Now” retirement tour of WWE legend John Cena. A small excerpt of Jackie Redmond’s sit-down interview with Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman is shown, and then we shoot into a video package for the Crown Jewel Women’s title tilt.
We check in with Peter Rosenberg, who is with Chelsea Green, as the two travel throughout Perth to try out some of the local food at different places. The segment wraps up, and we shoot to a live backstage interview with Cathy Kelley talking to Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque.
Grayson Waller joins the pre-show panelists, with Michael Cole tagging out and Jackie Redmond tagging in. Peter Rosenberg also subs in for Wade Barrett. Waller boasts being an Australian and does another ‘Shoey’ after the fans in the background chanted for one.
Several video packages later and we begin wrapping things up on the pre-show. We shoot to a sit-down interview that Jackie Redmond did with Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman to promote the Australian Street Fight against Roman Reigns. The national anthems are sung, with the crowd heavily booing the U.S. one.
Australian Street Fight
Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed
An elaborate, bad-ass cold open video package airs, narrated by Australia’s own birthday girl, Rhea Ripley. Inside the RAC Arena, fireworks and pyro erupt as the crowd goes wild. Michael Cole welcomes us to the show. Bronson Reed’s theme hits and out he comes with Paul Heyman for our opening contest.
It’s instantly noticeable that an insanely large percentage of the fans inside RAC Arena, possibly as much as 75 percent or more, literally, are wearing the new yellow John Cena t-shirt from WWE Shop. The fans ‘Down Under’ are clearly excited about being host to one of Cena’s final matches ever.
After The Vision duo of Auzzilla and “The Oracle” settle inside the squared circle for our opening contest, the theme music dies down. We get a healthy delay to let the crowd simmer a bit, and then the first note for Roman Reigns’ entrance tune hits and the crowd explodes once again.
Reigns makes his way to the ring to a sustained roar from the fans Down Under, and settles in the ring. The fans are doing the Roman Reigns sing-style chant. “Roman Reiiiigggnnsss! Romaaan, Roman Reiiiiggnns!” That one. Reigns throws the one up to the sky, and you see literally every single person in the building do the same.
The bell sounds and the crowd erupts even louder. It’s time for an Australian Street Fight on a Saturday morning in Perth. This one is officially off-and-running. Reigns goes face-to-face with the large Aussie. The crowd is buzzing and chanting, “OTC.” Reigns blocks a right hand and lays in some right hands.
Reigns bounces Reed off the top turnbuckles twice and starts the ten punches. Reigns hits the ropes and sends The Tribal Thief over the top rope with a huge clothesline before soaking in the adulation of the Australian crowd. Reed recovers at ringside, so Reigns connects with a Drive-By Dropkick.
Reigns punches Reed over the barricade and throws some Prime Energy drinks at him. Reigns goes over the barricade and punches Reed through the crowd. Reed fights back, but Reigns cuts him off. Reigns grabs a metal garbage can and smashes it over Reed’s back twice. They fight over to the timekeeper’s area and back to ringside.
Reigns grabs a cricket bat and ball to a huge ovation. Reigns throws one ball at Heyman and then one at Reed. Reigns attacks Reed with the cricket bat. Reed gets in the ring, so Reigns hits him in the ribs with the bat. Reed rolls out of the ring to recover as Reigns poses. The crowd is on fire.
Reigns leaves the ring, and Reed blindsides him with an avalanche. Reed attacks Reigns and clubs the back. Reed goes under the ring and grabs a kendo stick. Reigns ducks a swing and pushes Reed headfirst into the ring post. Reigns grabs the kendo stick and tees off on Reed’s back.
Reigns is enjoying himself as he twirls the stick around before smashing Reed’s ribs with it. Reigns grabs a microphone to a huge ovation. Reigns says, “Perth, if you want tables… acknowledge me!” The crowd LOUDLY acknowledges him. Reigns goes under the ring and pulls out a table to a huge ovation.
Reigns puts it in the ring, and Reed attacks him from behind before shoving him into the ring steps. Reed grabs the table and puts it under the ring to loud boos. The crowd chants profanity at him. Reed attacks Reigns and grabs the top of the steel steps before driving them into Reigns’ head twice.
Reed grabs Reigns and headbutts him. Reed gets Reigns into the ring and puts two steel chairs in there. Reed attacks Reigns’ recently healed ribs with the chair before wedging it in the corner. Reed grabs another chair and smashes it on Reigns’ back. Heyman gleefully and sarcastically says he loves his Tribal Chief.
Reed drives the edge of the chair into Reigns’ ribs. Reigns is gasping for air. Reed opens the chair and sets it in the center of the ring. Reed talks trash to Reigns, so Reigns hits him with a Samoan Drop through the chair! The chair folds up like paper. 1… 2… Reed kicks out. Reigns gets to his feet.
He lays in some clotheslines, but Reed doesn’t go down. Reigns wildly clubs away at Reed’s chest against the ropes. Reed has not left his feet, but he looks like he’s out. Reed reverses a whip, but Reigns comes back with a clothesline. Reigns sets up for a Superman Punch, but Reed counters with a Jagged Edge for a near fall.
Reed wedges the chair in the corner and grabs a stop sign (why is that a weapon under the ring?). Reed smashes Reigns on the back with the stop sign before attempting a uranage, but Reigns elbows him. Reed shakes off the offense and hits a uranage onto the stop sign for another near fall.
Reed signals for Reigns’ last rites before going for a senton splash, but Reigns moves. Reed lands on the stop sign again. Reigns pulls himself up in the corner and redirects a charging Reed’s head into the chair wedged in the corner. Reigns quickly follows up with a Superman Punch. 1… 2… Reed kicks out. The crowd still wants tables.
Reigns sets up for the Spear, but Reed gets out of the ring. Reigns exits the ring on the opposite side and lets out a primal scream. Reigns builds a head of steam and starts to run, but Bron Breakker appears at ringside and hits Reigns with a massive Spear! The crowd loudly barks for Breakker. Reed clears the commentary table.
Breakker and Reed then do a version of The Shield’s Powerbomb through the commentary table! Reed goes under the ring and grabs a table before putting it in the ring. Reed leans the table against the corner of the ring. Breakker grabs Reigns and starts dragging him toward the ring until The Usos run down to the ring.
The Usos hit Breakker with a double superkick. Reed stands in the ring and waits for them. The Usos get in the ring and take turns punching Reed. Jimmy pins Reed in the corner, and Jey avalanches him. They knock Reed down in the corner. Breakker runs in, so each Uso superkicks him before knocking him down with a double superkick.
The Usos hit stereo running hip attacks on Breakker and Reed before taking Breakker out with the 1D. The Usos climb to the top rope on opposite sides, but Reed pushes Jimmy off the top rope. Breakker then performs a military press on Jey into a gutbuster! Jimmy slowly gets up at ringside.
Breakker exits the ring and psychotically sizes him up before running around the ring and spearing him through the barricade! Reed sees Jey down in the ring, so he climbs to the top rope. Reigns takes Reed out with a Superman Punch. Reed stumbles around the ring, so Reigns hits a second Superman Punch.
Reed grabs Reigns and goes for a Jagged Edge, but he slides off his shoulders. Jey runs in, but Reed moves. Jey accidentally spears Reigns through the table. Jey then turns into a Spear from Breakker! Reed goes to the top rope and hits Reigns with a Tsunami for the win.
Winner: Bronson Reed
Roman Reigns, Usos Drama Continues
Once the match wraps up, we quickly learn that this situation isn’t quite over just yet. The commentators hard-sell the fact that Bronson Reed is the second man to pin Roman Reigns in a singles match in WWE in approximately five years.
Meanwhile, live inside the ring we see that Reigns is furious with his cousins and says the world thinks he “can’t do sh*t” on his own. Reigns wants to do this on his own. Reigns says he loves them, but he doesn’t want to see them until after Christmas.
Reigns angrily walks off. The Usos start to argue among themselves. Jimmy Uso tries talking calmly to Jey about the situation, but it is clear that Jey is fire up and doesn’t want to hear it. Jey says Reigns will always be about himself, and it’s not worth helping. Jey walks off as Jimmy is still trying to talk to him.

Stephanie Vaquer vs. Tiffany Stratton
After the explosive opener wraps up, we shift gears and prepare for our first of two Crown Jewel Championship matches scheduled for today’s show. We see two men in suits carrying the giant cases containing the Men’s and Women’s Crown Jewel title belts.

The two are in the ring and ready to rock and roll. The ring announcer handles the final formal pre-match ring introductions. The bell sounds and off we go.

Now, she is the Crown Jewel Champion. The crowd gives her a great ovation. Vaquer poses on the turnbuckles as pyro explodes.

Backstage In The Vision Locker Room
We shoot backstage in The Vision locker room. We see that Bronson Reed is icing his shoulder as Bron Breakker puts him over. Paul Heyman walks in and congratulates Reed. The Tribal Thief went over the Tribal Chief. When people talk about the future of the industry, they’ll be talking about both of them. Heyman then offers an aside.
Heyman tells them that no matter how much Rollins begs, they cannot interfere. It’s a meritocracy. We’ll find out who is better. Just in case, Heyman will start preparing a victory party. Breakker asks about the possibility of Cody Rhodes winning. What happens? Heyman comes up to them and says they both know the answer.
John Cena vs. AJ Styles
The pre-match video package airs to tell the story of the road to John Cena vs. AJ Styles, which is up next as the third match of the show here at WWE Crown Jewel: Perth. The video wraps up and we return inside the RAC Arena where the crowd is electric.
AJ Styles’ entrance tune plays and out comes “The Phenomenal One” to a roar from the Perth crowd. He settles in the ring as the commentators talk about his announcement from the WWE Crown Jewel Kickoff media event on Friday, where AJ Styles confirmed his plans to retire in 2026.
After Styles settles in the ring and his music dies down, we get a healthy pause to build up what is about to happen. And then it happens. The opening note for the iconic theme song for John Cena hits and the roof on the RAC Arena nearly comes off due to the overwhelming sustained roar from the Aussie crowd.
Cena makes his way out for what is one of the final matches of his legendary career. He talks to Stu the Camera Man as he stares down the barrel of the hard camera lens per his usual ring entrance routine. As he begins his trademark sprint to the ring, the crowd somehow gets even louder. Noticeably so, too.

Styles tries this combination a third time: running corner clothesline, snap-mare, and a sliding forearm for a close two-count. Cena and Styles then proceed to do an enormous amount of finishing moves and signature spots from a number of WWE Superstars and legends.
Among them was Cena doing the Chris Jericho ‘Walls of Jericho’ finisher, the RKO finisher of Randy Orton, the Skull Crushing Finale finisher of The Miz, and even attempted a Rey Mysterio 6-1-9, although Styles stopped it. They also did some Bray Wyatt spots, which led to fans bringing back the ‘fireflies’ in the RAC Arena.
Styles hit a Sweet Chin Music in Shawn Michaels fashion, including ‘tuning up the band’ and the whole routine. In the end, in the final homage of the match, John Cena hoisted AJ Styles upside down and planted him head-first into the mat with an Undertaker-style Tombstone Piledriver for the win.

We get a quick plug from the commentators for Monday’s special morning time live episode of WWE Raw in Perth, Western Australia, which includes Dominik Mysterio vs. Penta for the WWE Intercontinental Championship and Bayley & Lyra Valkyria vs. Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez in women’s tag-team action.
From there, we see the pre-match video package to tell the story of the road to the headline bout of today’s WWE Crown Jewel: Perth premium live event. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins for the WWE Men’s Crown Jewel Championship is up next.

WWE ring announcer Alicia Taylor handles the final formal pre-match ring introductions for Rhodes and Rollins.
With that now out of the way, there’s only one thing left to do. Having said that, it gets done as the bell sounds to get the WWE Crown Jewel: Perth main event officially off-and-running. Rhodes and Rollins soak up the wild atmosphere inside the RAC Arena.
