Kyle Fletcher has praised the atmosphere within All Elite Wrestling, describing a passionate and motivated locker room in 2026.
Speaking with WhatCulture Wrestling, Fletcher highlighted the collective mindset of the roster and what he believes sets AEW apart.
“The vibe—it’s hard to put your finger on—but I think it’s the fact that everyone there wants to be there. Everyone is so passionate, not just about pro wrestling, but about All Elite Wrestling itself.”
He continued by emphasizing the level of performance and commitment across the company.
“Everyone just wants to go out there and do their absolute best every single time. I think, individually, every single person on the roster is on their absolute A-game, and they want to see this place succeed. They want to keep this momentum rolling, and the ratings, the pay-per-view buys, and all that stuff are kind of just reaffirming that AEW is the best place in the world to wrestle.”
Fletcher also spoke about how the environment motivates him personally.
“It just makes me excited to go out there every single night. I could be doing anything—I could be wrestling anybody, cutting a promo, whatever—and I just want to go out there and do my absolute best for the fans, for the company, for all of it.”
He closed by expressing gratitude and his desire to contribute to AEW’s continued growth.
“I feel so grateful to be in this position, so grateful to be with such a great company. I just want AEW to be the biggest and best it can possibly be, and I want to do my part in that.”
