According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, the UFC is planning further expansions on its land in Las Vegas, including space for WWE.
Lawrence Epstein, the Senior Executive Vice President and COO of UFC, stated, “We’re currently in the process of developing a master plan for this facility, which will hopefully include a variety of features, such as a hotel, an expansion with our TKO partner WWE, and potential collaborations with other sports and entertainment organizations here in Las Vegas.”
The UFC owns approximately 70 acres of land in the city, including the UFC headquarters, the Performance Institute, and the Meta Apex facility, which hosts events for the UFC, Zuffa Boxing, and more. There are 35 acres remaining that can be further developed.
It is unclear what the specific details of the expansion involving WWE will entail, as they are a sister promotion to the UFC under the TKO umbrella. There were rumors in 2024 suggesting that WWE planned to relocate its Performance Center to Las Vegas, but those reports were quickly dispelled. Additionally, Bryan Alvarez reported at that time that WWE might be considering building a second Performance Center in Las Vegas, but this remains unconfirmed.
