As reported by PWMania.com, prosecutors in Kansas City, Missouri, filed a motion on September 9th to have professional wrestling veteran 2 Cold Scorpio, whose real name is Charles Scaggs, jailed and his bond revoked. This bond was related to a case in which he pleaded guilty in August to charges of second-degree assault and armed criminal action.
According to Fightful.com, court records indicate that Scorpio had a court appearance on September 17th, during which he acknowledged brandishing a firearm, violating the terms of his bond. Consequently, he was taken into custody and jailed.
Scorpio is scheduled to be sentenced on October 9th for his guilty plea. This plea was part of a deal stemming from his arrest in June 2024 for allegedly stabbing a man during a fight at a gas station where he was employed as a security guard.
Here is the excerpt from the court records regarding the hearing:
“Court finds and believes Defendant to be clearly in violation of his bond conditions, and that said violation is a danger to public safety.”
