AEW is set to hold its 2026 WrestleDream pay-per-view (PPV) event on Saturday, October 17, at the Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida.
According to the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, 4,554 tickets have been sold for the event thus far, but ticket sales have been slow. The venue has a total capacity of 8,152 seats, with only 5,326 available for sale. The cheapest ticket is priced at $50, and there are currently 162 tickets listed on the resale market.
For comparison, AEW sold 6,293 tickets for last year’s WrestleDream, which took place at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. Interestingly, they have already sold more tickets for this event than for their most recent show at this arena, the January 21st edition of AEW Dynamite, which sold a total of 4,153 tickets.
AEW WrestleDream 2026 will feature the first-ever Clockwork Carnage Match for the AEW World Championship as its main event. Swerve Strickland and The New Level, consisting of Kofi and Austin Creed, will defend the AEW World Trios Championship against “Hangman” Adam Page, Bandido, and Brody King in a two-out-of-three-falls format. Additionally, Jon Moxley will defend the AEW Continental Championship against Mark Davis.
The current card also includes Mercedes Moné defending the AEW Women’s World Championship against Thekla. The Young Bucks will defend their AEW World Tag Team Championship against Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher. The Brawling Birds, consisting of Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor, will also defend their AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship against Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander.
