According to Mike Shaw from Insider Gaming, AEW Games is reportedly planning a new title for a future project, but they will not be making any early announcements. Shaw also mentioned that AEW has acknowledged it was a mistake to announce Fight Forever too early and won’t be repeating that mistake.
The company has developed several video games, including AEW Fight Forever for consoles and multiple mobile titles. Fight Forever received mixed reviews upon its release in 2023.
Shaw wrote, “It’s not AEW related. But I can tell you, talks have picked up more on the AEW games front. What they won’t do, however, is announce anything too early this time. They know that was a mistake. When a new game/update comes, it will be closer to it’s planned released.”
